Nike Air Zoom Flight The Glove OG Returns After 13 Years
Released Jul 31, 2026
Gary Payton’s iconic Nike Air Zoom Flight Glove OG is making its long-awaited comeback after 13 years. Wrapped in the classic black and white colorway, this signature 90s basketball shoe defined an era on the court. The retro release has officially landed across major retailers including Foot Locker, JD Sports, and DTLR with a retail price of $170. Enthusiasts and collectors who have waited over a decade for this retro are picking them up quickly, as inventory is reportedly moving fast at storefronts. It is a significant moment for late-90s Nike Basketball history, bringing back one of the most recognizable zippered silhouettes ever crafted for the hardwood.
First time coming across the Nike Air Zoom Flight The Glove in person. This was Gary Payton’s shoe, the NBA point guard who played for the Seattle SuperSonics back in the early ’90s. This model was highly coveted for years, but it went dormant. We haven’t seen pairs in probably 10 years, making this the first release in a decade.
This colorway comes in black and white and retails for $170. Found them at Shoe Palace for retail, but ironically they are already selling out. The bigger sizes are already gone with only small sizes left, and other stores don’t even have them in stock yet.
